How often do pilots renew their training?

Annual certification is completed at the most sophisticated facilities with the most sophisticated simulators and technology. All pilot’s required documentation is kept up to date to guarantee safety and high standards for our partners and their passengers.


Who does the maintenance?

The maintenance is kept up to date and to FAA part 91 standards by highly experienced technicians. All work done on the aircraft will be communicated in a time sensitive manner to ensure safety and support immediate access to the aircraft at all times.


What is the management cost?

Management costs will vary depending on the type of aircraft owned.


Do you schedule car rentals, hotel reservations, and on board catering?

Yes! From car rentals to hotel reservations to food and beverage on board we would love to serve you in any way we can! Some partners prefer to manage these themselves, but we are always here to assist.


How do I schedule trips for my aircraft?

We will set up a google calendar specifically for your aircraft and partners/passengers to communicate and reserve trips. We love to talk to you, any details for the trip regarding concierge needs can be communicated directly to us through an email, call, or text!


What does the monthly/yearly report include?

What does the monthly/yearly report include? This report will include what you’d like to know! This can include trips take, dates, total time, fuel purchased, miles flown, catering costs, maintenance performed etc.


How are pilots/crew paid?

Pilots are paid a flat day rate, which is predetermined and agreed to depending on the aircraft and individual needs. Pilots are trained to keep track of all receipts from a credit card for meals, hotel, and car rental, which is communicated to you through our financial services at the earliest convenience, by use of our personal pilot app.
