About Tango Mike

Founded in 2000, Tango Mike was formed by owner, Tim Michaelsen, to provide an aviation associate that commits to transparency, and partners with owners and lessees to ensure everyone gets a higher level of service without all the expensive and unnecessary services other companies add-on without consultation.

Tim Michaelsen | Owner

Tim grew up near Columbus, NE on a small family farm, watching planes fly over him during the day and learning everything he could about them from his family’s encyclopedia at night. He has been flying for over fifty years and has over 16,500 hours of flying time; Tim is also a certified A&P and IA technician.

In 1988, Tim started providing pilot services and shortly there after brokering and sales of planes. In 2000, Tim founded Tango Mike aviation in Omaha, NE.
